What a Partner Residency Is
You bring your community. The land keeps doing what it does: farm mornings, shared meals at one long table, spaces to work, and a cohort that shapes its own two weeks. A partner residency is still a Tierramor residency. Your people and your focus join it; you are not renting a venue and building something from scratch.
We collaborate with co-working communities, mastermind groups, and other organizations from around the world.
Open or Closed
A closed residency is only your community. You own the invitations, the marketing, and the selling, and every seat is yours to fill. An open residency mixes your community with our rolling applicants: we sell alongside you, and both worlds share the two weeks. Which one fits depends on how you want to hold your people, and it is the first thing we will ask you.
Who Hosts
Every residency has a host. Not a facilitator with a curriculum: the person who welcomes people, senses how the group is doing, and gathers everyone into what the land is offering that week. You can hold that role yourself, or we can provide a host from our roster. Either way, it is agreed before anything is signed.
The Timeline
Partnerships are set up months ahead, not weeks. Contract and deposit come first, and marketing starts after both. For open residencies we plan at least four months between signing and the start date, because that is how long it takes to fill a cohort well. The final balance is due two weeks before the residency begins.
