Two things come out of this farm besides vegetables: food we preserve, and the inputs we make to feed our own soil. Both are for sale. There is no cart - you send a message and we sort it out.

From the harvest

What we make when there is more than we can eat

The harvest doesn't arrive at a steady pace, and some weeks it outruns what the kitchen and the residents can eat. Rather than let the surplus go to waste, we turn it into jams, vinegars, ferments, dehydrated fruit, plantain flour, ginger beer and salad bags. Batches are small, and what exists shifts with the season - if the mango run was good, there's mango; if it wasn't, there isn't.

What we feed the soil

We do not buy fertiliser in bags. We make it, and we use it here before we sell it to anyone. If your garden needs the same thing ours does, you can buy it.

Fish emulsion, potassium soap and liquid mountain microorganisms - made here, usually in stock. Message the farm to check what is ready and how much you need.
